Welcome to The Market @ The Village
Entering its seventh season, the Market has become a wonderful gathering place for locals and visitors looking for genuine community and great local food. The Market’s vendors all originate from the Niagara Region, and all produce is 100% Niagara, grown by the people who sell it.
We’ve been growing ever since our inaugural season in 2007, and now feature a Wednesday evening SupperMarket with gourmet food trucks, over 30 vendors, and a broad range of product offerings from organic fruit and vegetables to cold-pressed soaps, artisanal bread to wine jellies, cherry products to lavender, and yes, even soup to nuts.
In the News...Market Annouces 2013 Season!
The Market is thrilled to announce our 2013 Season!!! The Saturday morning Farmers’ Market will run from May 25 through until October 5, 2013 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The popular Wednesday Evening SupperMarket will have an extended season this year, beginning on May 22 and continuing through until Wednesday, September 18, 2013 with new times starting at 5:00 pm and running until 9:00 pm (or dusk). The 2013 Farmers' Market season will run from May 25 - October 5, 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. This season will feature local fresh produce, prepared foods, breakfast, brunch and lunch, oysters, cheese, handmade soaps, fresh bread, locally roasted coffee, artisans, authors, and live music.
